Itemized quotations
- Line items with quantity and unit price; the total is calculated for the vendor.
- Terms and a validity date.
- Up to 5 photos or PDF estimates per quotation, 5 MB each.
- The vendor can update the quotation until you approve it.
Approve or revise
Review the quotation inside the job. Press Approve to give the go-ahead, or Revise and write what should change. The vendor sees your note on their link, updates the same quotation and resubmits.
One quotation and one invoice per job
The database itself allows only one active quotation and one invoice for each job number. If anyone tries to submit a second one, they get a clear message instead of a duplicate. No double entries, no confusion about which quote is the real one.
Costs and payments in one place
- Record payments against each invoice. The status becomes Paid, Partial or Unpaid.
- The dashboard shows Total billed, Paid and Balance due; tap any of them for the list behind the number.
- Print branded invoices and job reports with your company logo.
- Export your jobs to CSV at any time.
