The service
RMCP is software that helps managers collect maintenance requests and coordinate vendors, quotations, invoices and payment records. RMCP is not a contractor, property manager or payment processor.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you enter and for sharing links only with intended people.
Emergencies
RMCP is not an emergency service. For fire, gas leaks, flooding or any danger to life, call 911 first.
Vendors and repairs
Managers choose their own vendors and approve their own work. RMCP is not responsible for the quality, cost or timing of any repair, or for agreements between managers, tenants and vendors.
Payments
RMCP records payments you enter. It does not move money. Invoice and payment records are bookkeeping aids, not tax or legal advice.
Fees and trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. After that the plan is $15 per month. You can stop at any time.
Your data
The jobs, tenant and vendor details you enter belong to you. You are responsible for having the right to enter them. You can export your jobs to CSV at any time, and we do not sell your data.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or upload unlawful content.
Ending your account
You can stop using RMCP at any time. We may suspend an account that misuses the service or breaks these terms. You may ask us to delete your account and its records.
Availability and liability
We work to keep RMCP available but provide it “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
