How to set up your tenant request link

It takes a few minutes. After that, every repair request arrives in your dashboard with a job number.

Create your account on the sign-up page and confirm your email.
Open Settings on the dashboard and add your company name, WhatsApp number and logo.
On the dashboard, tap Invite Customer.
Choose WhatsApp, text, email or copy the link, and send it to your tenants.
When a tenant submits the form, a new job appears under Jobs and the bell shows a notification.
Open the job with Details to call or message the tenant and assign a vendor.

Tip: Your request link stays the same, so you can paste it into a lease welcome message or a building notice.
