Last updated: October 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how RMCP works and is not legal advice.
Who this covers
RMCP is used by property managers and landlords (“managers”). Managers share links with tenants and vendors. Each manager controls the information in their own account.
Information we collect
- Managers: name, email, company name, logo, vendor list and the job records they create.
- Tenants: name, phone number, unit or location and a description of the problem, entered through a request link.
- Vendors: business name, contact details, trade, quotations, invoices and attachments they submit.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To provide the service: showing requests to the manager, letting vendors submit quotations and invoices, and sending in-app notifications. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
A manager sees only their own account data. Tenants and vendors see only what their private link shows. We use Supabase for database and file storage and Vercel for hosting.
Launch list
If you join our launch list on the home page, we store your email address only to tell you when RMCP launches. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any launch email.
Messages you send
RMCP opens WhatsApp or your messaging app with a prepared message. Those messages are sent by you and are governed by that app’s own policy.
Retention and deletion
Managers can export their data as CSV. A manager may ask us to delete an account and its records.
Security
Data is stored with access rules that separate one manager’s records from another’s. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
Children
RMCP is for adults and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
